Join us on International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice for a deeply nurturing afternoon of yoga, rest, and sound.
We'll begin with gentle, grounding yoga to connect to body and breath, followed by an immersive crystal singing bowl sound bath to guide you into deep stillness and relaxation. As the year’s longest day invites us to pause and reflect, this will be a beautiful opportunity to honour the light — both around us and within.
