Join me for a truly special morning of yoga, nature, and floral beauty at the stunning White Park Flowers in the heart of the New Forest. This peaceful and picturesque setting offers the perfect backdrop for a nourishing and uplifting yoga session.
We'll practice together in the flower field, surrounded by vibrant blooms and birdsong. If the weather is inclemental, we’ll move into the beautifully built barn – a calm, airy space that still connects us to the magic of the surroundings.
After our yoga practice, you’ll be treated to refreshing drinks and delicious homemade treats. And to make the experience even more memorable, you’ll have the chance to wander the flower field and hand-pick your own beautiful bouquet to take home.
